ReloadInk is an Australian business. All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors
  • Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice

3. Orders

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Australia
  • Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary depending on your location
  • Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@reloadink.com.au
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply regardless of our return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by ReloadInk or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ReloadInk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
